Martin has over 30 years of experience in construction and property. He started as a Management Trainee with a regional main contractor in 1987, before specialising in construction planning and then contract and project management from 1993.

After fourteen years managing major projects for national contractors, he built a scheme for MacDonald Egan in Dalston and joined the company as Development Director in 2007. Since then he has achieved planning consent for around 1,600 homes, around 180 of which MacDonald Egan built, in Walthamstow, Lewisham, New Cross and Southwark.

Rob studied Project Management in Construction at Oxford Brookes University and joined MacDonald Egan as a Junior Development Manager in 2010. He spent over five years as Development Manager for MacDonald Egan and then Nash Residential, before becoming a director in early 2020.

Rob is involved in every project from the earliest stages (due diligence, site acquisition and planning) through project and construction management to practical completion, handover and the management of completed developments.

Marius studied Carpentry at Southgate College and began working full time as a carpenter in 2005, before launching his own carpentry, decorating and building company in 2015. Since then he has worked on more than 400 projects of every size, from one-off carpentry jobs and full property redecorations to complete blocks of flats and houses.

Marius became a director in early 2020, bringing years of the hands-on construction expertise that is so vital to Nash Residential's success.

Finn was appointed head office dog in February 2020 and holds the role with great pride. Should anyone knock on our front door, Finn makes sure everyone knows about it.

His main responsibilities are taking naps, chasing his own tail and making a mess when drinking from his water bowl. Greeting his colleagues first thing in the morning is his favourite part of the day.
