Cameron Drive, Waltham Cross

Five four-bed detached and semi-detached houses in Waltham Cross — our fourth project, and our first building houses rather than flats.

The site was originally an old special needs school that closed in the 2000s and sat vacant, together with its gated and overgrown car park, until we took it on in 2018. The project involved the complete demolition of the existing building and car park.

The houses are very spacious: each has two en-suites, a master bedroom in the loft and four toilets in total. The open-plan living room and kitchen let in plenty of light from both the front and back, and every house has a large driveway for two or three cars and a good-sized garden.

The site is less than a mile from Waltham Cross station, with great links into London and across Hertfordshire. The development was marketed by local estate agents Paul Wallace.
