The project started with the demolition of some old garages behind a terraced row of houses. Lime Tree Close involved the full new-build construction of two three-bed semi-detached houses, right in the heart of Cheshunt.
Lime Tree Close is named after the large lime tree on the site, which still stands. Each house has two dedicated parking spaces in a spacious car park, and the development is less than a mile from Cheshunt Station, with great links into London and further out into Hertfordshire.
