Birch Tree Court, Bishop's Stortford

A collection of nine one and two-bed flats in Bishop's Stortford, built on behalf of B3 Housing Association.

Birch Tree Court (originally known as Walden Court) started life as the run-down car park of a former business park that had recently been developed into two blocks of flats. We built on the land between those two blocks, creating this new third block from the ground up. It was constructed using a timber frame that was prefabricated off site, then delivered to site and assembled.

We built the project on behalf of B3 Housing Association, a housing association based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. Located 1.5 miles from Bishop's Stortford station, this shared-ownership development has great links into London and north towards Cambridge.
