Privacy notice
How we use the personal information you give us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by Nash Residential Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08695789). Our registered office is 14th Floor, 33 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PW, and our office is at 134 Crossbrook Street, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, EN8 8JH. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email info@nashresidential.uk or call 01992 804344.
What we collect
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the topic you choose and your message. If you email or phone us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss a potential land purchase, joint venture or building project with you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us, or, where you are asking about work we might do for you, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through the contact form are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which forwards them to our email inbox. Netlify may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for no longer than two years after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To do so, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
