Works Involved
The project started with the demolition of some old garages located behind a terraced row of houses. Lime Tree Close involved the full new build construction of two, three-bed semi-detached houses located right in the heart of Cheshunt.
Lime Tree Close (named after the large Lime Tree on the site that remains standing) boasts a spacious car park with both houses getting two dedicated parking spaces and great links into London and further out into Hertfordshire as it is less than a mile from Cheshunt Station.

The Lime Tree Close development was marketed by local estate agents Woodhouse Property Consultants.
