Cameron Drive
This was our fourth project as Nash Residential and our first project that was for houses rather than flats.
Works Involved
This project invovled the complete demolition of the existing building and car park and the development of 5 four-bed detached and semi-detached houses in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire. The development has great links into London and the rest of Hertfordshire as it is located less than a mile away from Waltham Cross Train Station.
The land was originally an old special needs school that shut sometime in the 2000s and sat vacant until we came into possession of the site in 2018. With the school came the accompanying car park that served it. The car park was gated off, overgrown and an eye sore on the street.
Value
As mentioned, the site is located less than a mile away from Waltham Cross Train Station which has great links into London and further out into Hertfordshire and beyond. All houses come with large drive ways suitable to park two or three vehicles and good sized gardens to enjoy.
As the houses were so spacious, each house had two ensuites, master bedroom in the lofts and a total of four toilets. The ground floors living room and kitchens flowed into one another to allow for luxurious open plan living that allows a lot of sunlight to in from both the front and back of the property.
