69 Crossbrook Street

This was our first project as Nash Residential Ltd and our smallest to this date.

Works Involved

This project invovled the conversion of the existing building, one storey rooftop extension and a complete new build from foundations up for a second block on the rear of the property which included five two-bed flats.

The land was originally a car sales/garage and yard. The existing front building is semi-detached and was in need of a serious make over when we bought the land. The conversion part of the project proved to be difficult due to the nature of a semi-detached property.

Value

The development is located about a two minute walk from Theobalds Station and a circa. ten minute walk from Cheshunt Station. Both stations are on different trains lines and have great access to London and beyond. We were able to offer private, off-street parking to all residents with this development. The existing building, as can be seen in the photos above, was not in good condition and the yard was littered with old, broken down vehicles. The finished project is greatly improved on the original and has helped improved the image of the street it is located on.
