134 Crossbrook Street

134 Crossbrook Street

This was our second project as Nash Residential and to this day, our office is located on the ground floor commercial unit.

This Project

The existing building here was a Dulux paint store on the ground floor with a yard on the rear and one flat above the store. We bought the site and we then went in for planning permission for five two-bed flats and one one-bed flat. This project involved us keeping all of the existing building so we did a one storey rooftop extension to add an extra storey to the existing building in the front as well as a two storey extension in the rear. The rest of the space left over in the yard after the extension was then turned into private parking and communal space for residents.

Value

We are very happy with how everything turned out with this project, the existing building and it's exterior looked dated. After completion the building looks modern, sleek and is one of the more attractive buildings on the street. The development is located a circa five minute walk in either direction to the two different stations on different train lines and has great access into London and beyond.
