Works Involved
The project started as a run down car park of a former business park that had been recently developed into two blocks of flats. We built on the land between these two blocks and built this new, third block from the ground up. The building was constructed through the use of a timber frame that was pre-fabricated offsite and then delivered to site and assembled. We built this project on behalf of B3 Housing Assocation Ltd, a housing association local to the Hertfordshire area.
Located 1.5 miles away from the Bishops Stortford train station, this shared ownership development has great links into London and further upwards towards Cambridge and beyond.
